4th of July Washington Style
The kids were in heaven being able to run free and play…in the water whenever they wanted. We had so much fun on the boats, with the goats, in Grandpa’s sand with stick in hand, pine cones, flowers…getting whipped behind the boat by Uncle Steve at like 90 MPH. Fireworks, “sparklers hot.” Thanks to our family lots and lots for your help and hospitality. We miss you and the beautiful place you let us stay.
The Fort
Koppert’s Kastle II started off with a grandiose vision but was soon scaled back due to HOA concerns and budget reasons. It was going to have a roof which would have put it around 15′ total height. We started with the old swing set as a foundation which had 10 bags of concrete on each side for a footing.
BMX Track
Jake invited Grant to come check out the Chandler BMX track. We had a blast. It was pretty intense but the boys were racing like champs at the end.
Arizona Christmas
We had a great time with the Kopperts. Gramps was hanging with the great-grand kids, Auntie K.C. got into Grant’s Buzz Lightyear power wrist bands and Grandma Lynne and I were cooking a turkey. Can’t wait to see what happens next year.
